In January 2011. Lachlan Humphreys the Brain Child to the idea along with friend Ryan Smith developed the idea on a whim purely on the fact that we just wanted to commit to making something creative. Naturally being addicted to snow culture the idea started and in many ways snowballed. Self founded with love and passion we starting to produce daily video and a photography diary leading to The Daily Dump Snow Report
Now in it’s 3rd year is set to land a-shore on NZ South Island the team of Film-Makers and editors lead by Lachlan Humphreys we aim to make this season dump.

Lachlan puts it all together from Concept and Production strategies to the creative art direction and overlooks the website future direction. Lachlan manages the team of 4 in delivering the end product. Lachlan is an avid Film-maker and Photographer with a Visual arts background its his vision and drive to keep being creative. ‘To Film the best extreme athletes you got be with them, you got to keep up with them, that is if you want to get the story or the shot’ Lachlan’s connection with the riders and their competitive lifestyle provides a strong relationship with securing kiwi athletes with video coverage and thus supporting industry brands that keep the snow culture alive. Lachlan has been Filming in the French Alps for the last 5 years in 2011 Filming the First European All Girls Snowboard movie from Lipstick Productions ‘5 more Minutes please’ and Working with world renown photographer/Filmer Tony Harrington ‘Harro’ in 2012 with the latest move Snow Collective’ Which is currently touring the world. Working with The World Heli Challenge as a Filmer and creates Video content for news website.

Rire Norman (Aka Ria) NZ 2011 & Chamonix 2012 Rire ran our PR and Marketing. She is a bundle of joy, comes in hard and fast but gets straight to the point. If you have not met Rire before then you’re missing out she is a fun loving warm person. She came on board to run our PR and marketing strategies. We have allot to thank Rire for and she boosted our first season in New Zealand and joined us for Chamonix 2012, Rire mow manages our music library.

Nat Segal Official Bloger for 2012 New Zealand. Not known for her silence, Nat joins us this winter to bring a riders perspective and her own twist to our daily blog. Nat born in Melbourne, has been skiing since she was a bundle of baby fat. After spending her infancy at the snow she followed her sisters footsteps and took up alpine racing followed by moguls. Following an artistic revelation Nat quit moguls before her final year of school and then enrolled in a Bachelor of Fine Arts specialising in painting. After spending some time off snow Nat got the hankering and decided to be ski bum in Chamonix, France for the winter. She was hooked all over again and has been competing on the Freeskiing World Tour and Freeride World Qualifers series for the last 4 years. This year Nat will be making her debut at the Freeride World Tour. When she isn’t skiing or making lame jokes Nat loves to be outside adventuring or inside cooking.

Luke Bubb is TDDSR Business Artistic Adviser. Luke works really hard and is an amazing matte painter at Fuelvfx. He has been punching out late nights and helping with our video intro. You will find Luke painting in his studio onto canvas with a waycom into a computer. He draws designs wherever he can and when the waves are not pumping he is carving the streets with his bamboo skateboard. However, due to a knee injury at the moment he is more likely to be in the sauna, chilling out ! I think Luke has packed his bags and is now freelancing out of a shack In Byron Bay.

Henrik Sunnebo Helped put together the website update in 2011. Henrik is a Swede, lives in Chamonix, France and has done for years. He builds website and is good at it. In winter he hits the back country, rides hard and fast dropping every cliff that comes in the way. He works the same way. Thanks Henrik for you help.

Ryan Smith origional Dumper from 2011 Chamonix, 2011 NZ. Ryan Set up the project with Lachlan and produced the first 2 seasons. As a Filmer, Photographer, Ryan has been around the globe for Big Surf Competitions, Ryan Can cut an edit faster than you can blink. Ryan’s Creative Mind, Music and Desire to be pro active has lead Ryan into new adventures currently setting up a surf camp in Indonesia, Ryan is still living it.
